LG has gotten itself into some legal trouble because of the bootloop issues Nexus 5X users have been experiencing. Fortunately for the company, one of the lawsuits has now been dropped. Chimicles & Tikellis LLP, the law firm that took LG to court, has filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of the case at the beginning of the month.

The law firm claims that it dropped the case because LG has decided to extend the warranty for some customers, is willing to repair affected devices and offer refunds in certain cases.

Update: According to a source spoken to by Android Police, the LG Watch Style price will “start at $249”. In an even more recent report, it is further iterated that the LG Watch Sport will cost an extra $100, with a price of $349.

LG is making two Android Wear smartwatches for Google to launch alongside Android Wear 2.0 in the very near future. A new leak from Evan Blass reveals one of them, the LG Watch Style, in two of three color options. The LG Watch Sport, the larger wearable LG is making, has not yet been pictured in such detail, although some low-res renders were doing the rounds recently.

According to Korea’s ET News, both LG and Samsung have settled on the global launch dates for the Galaxy S8 and LG G6. LG will reportedly start selling the G6 worldwide on March 10, with pre-sales between March 2-9, and the Galaxy S8 will go on sale in all markets on April 21 with no further details on pre-order times.
